Because we know our restaurant customers operate in a demanding, pressurised business, we do all we can to make working with us as easy as possible.

We don’t just supply our customers, we are committed to doing everything we can to sustaining the highest levels of service and delivery.

We give support with logistics and delivery solutions, analysis of data providing real actionable insight, and training in sourcing, CSR, handling, fish prep. All of which can take place either at our premises, our customers’ or by video conference.

Our telephone helpdesk is staffed from 8.00am until 8.00pm every day. They’re in daily contact with our customers – taking orders, organising delivery and dealing with any issues.
